 hi all,

sorry been away. ngayon lng ulit ako nakapag online. anyways, kung meron pa gusto sumama dito puede pa naman, i need your confirmations til tomorrow kung okay lang. plus, kindly indicate your t-shirt size. fforward to ko tong list bukas. after that pede na ulit maglista, gusto ko lang makuha confirmation kng tutuloy kayo or not.

 For those of you guys volunteering for tomorrow's event, kindly take some time to browse through and read some IMPORTANT GUIDELINES.


GUIDELINES FOR VOLUNTEERS
Welcome to the Puso Sa Puso Charity Christmas Event 2009. First, we would like to express our gratitude and joy for your presence and help which are vital for the success of this event. Many blessings upon you for your goodness and commitment.

Kindly READ the following guidelines BEFORE the event and FOLLOW them during the entire event.

1. All volunteers are asked to be at the venue by 1PM on December 05, 2009 at Rosario Sports Arena.

2. For volunteers who will bring cars, there is a VERY limited parking slots available along the Andres St. which will be closed to the traffic for the time of the event (please inform the traffic officer at the entrance of the street that you are a volunteer for Puso Sa Puso). Other option is to proceed directly to Tiendesitas or SM Hypermarket-Pasig. A shuttle service will be provided for free which will pick up and drop off volunteers to and from the venue. The pick-up point is Shell Gasoline Station along C5 Road at the back of Hypermarket. Look for jeepneys with Puso Sa Puso banner.

3. The provided yellow T-shirt of Puso Sa Puso must be worn at all times.

4. Upon arrival, please proceed to the entrance for the volunteers / guests for the registration and reception of items needed by each volunteer during the event.

5. Once registered, the volunteer must proceed to the respected color coding registration area for the kids. Here is where the volunteers will meet the assigned kids.

6. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the assigned kids from the moment that they enter the venue until the program is finished.

SAFETY. SAFETY. SAFETY!!!
NEVER LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE OR UNATTENDED.

7. Please make sure that kids have their color-coded ribbons all the time which also serve as reference to which sector the kids belong to.

8. Next step is to proceed together with the kids to the Food Area where you will receive bag with meals containing the meals for kids and you.

9. Kindly encourage the kids to write their “Message to Jesus” on the wall board provided near to the nativity display.

10. Then please proceed to the respective sectors where you will consume the meal. Remark: We are environmental friendly so please collect any garbage and leftovers back into the yellow bag you received. These bags will be collected afterwards.

11. Distribution of the apple will be announced by the hosts during the program. Please wait for this go signal and do not give apples before the announcement. (Again, keep the place clean).

12. In case of emergency, there is a First-Aid team near the stage.

13. In case that the kid/s would like to go to the CR or drink water, please make sure that a nearby volunteer will keep an eye to the remaining kids on their seats.

14. Avoid unnecessary roaming around the area. Contain your presence within the sector you are assigned to.

15. At the end of the program right after the closing remarks, please follow the instructions for the distribution of the gifts. This will be announced by the hosts.

16. In any concern or difficulty, do not hesitate to approach the organizers.

17. Remember to always smile, enjoy and have fun during the event!!!
